Raoul Dufy
Raoul Dufy: the joy of living and Mediterranean light
Raoul Dufy (1877-1953) was one of the leading figures of Fauvism before developing a personal style characterized by rapid, luminous brushstrokes over a synthetic, almost shorthand-like drawing. He painted regattas, horse races, society parties, and city views such as Nice and London, as shown in The Thames, London, and later created La Fée Électricité in 1937, one of the largest paintings of its time. Winner of the Grand Prize for painting at the 1952 Venice Biennale, he is remembered as the painter of the joy of living. Bringing one of these prints into your home means preserving that pursuit, not filling an empty space.
Crafted to last
Each Framed Art Print is made with fine art paper, then finished and framed by hand in Italy. We do not chase an immediate effect: we seek a result that remains faithful to the original colors over time, because a work intended to be passed down deserves a solid foundation as enduring as the story it tells.

A work of art, not just a decoration
A print does more than fill a wall: it carries a theme, an era, and a story that continues to speak to those who look at it. The works by Raoul Dufy curated by Miriaci remain faithful to this principle — pieces chosen for their meaning before their aesthetics.
Aesthetics fade. Meaning remains.
