Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from delivery to return the product without giving a reason, with a full refund. Write to us at info@miriaci.com within this period, or use the "Withdraw from the contract" button in the website footer.

Once you have received the instructions, ship the product within 14 days: intact original packaging, cardboard, bubble wrap, and corner protectors. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend insured shipping; we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Returns are not possible if: more than 14 days have passed since delivery, or the product has been used or is personalized (custom measurements or frames).

Exchanges. You have 14 days from receipt to exchange an item, following the same procedure as for returns. Personalized products cannot be exchanged.

Defective, incorrect, or damaged product. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery. After 5 days from receipt, the product is considered used and can no longer be refunded or replaced. If the error is ours, we will resend the correct or undamaged product; if necessary, a return is possible only afterward.

Refund delayed? First check your bank account and credit card — sometimes the credit takes a few days. If, after checking everything, the refund still does not appear, write to us at info@miriaci.com.

All returns must be tracked and accompanied by the order number and the reason for the return. For amounts over 75€, shipping insurance is required. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address entered by the customer.
