Shipping policy

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Standard processing times range from 24 to 48 hours. For framed orders, an additional 1 or 2 days may be required, starting from order processing.

Please note that during the Christmas period, processing and delivery times may increase by an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the items, while delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected.

If you have not received your product within 10 business days of placing your order, contact info@miriaci.com. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

For orders below the thresholds indicated above, the following shipping costs apply: 

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link that will allow you to track your order throughout its journey.

NOTE: as the efficiency of each post office varies, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers: if you notice any delay or held shipment in your tracking, contact us immediately.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding, as all products are made to order at the time of purchase. We will do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Once you receive the tracking email, delivery in Europe usually takes 2 to 5 days. However, certain circumstances may cause delivery delays, such as remote areas, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand, and strikes. Please note that we do not accept complaints regarding delivery times.
